Tosin Richards is an Accountant by training and worked for several years with Continental Merchant Bank, Lagos before she resigned to start her trading business in 1996. She serves alongside her husband, Very Revd. (Dr.) Ayodeji Richards, who is Minister-in-Charge at the Wesley Chapel Lekki, one of the churches of Methodist Church Nigeria. Tosin leads the women in Wesley Chapel Lekki where she coordinates the women for evangelical visits to various places like the prisons (for prison ministry) and orphanages. She is also involved in uplifting the self-esteem of women by encouraging those who do not work, nor own a business to start their own business or be employed within their sphere of influence, in order to be financially independent and supportive in the home. She has a passion to help the less privileged and continues to seek out ways to be a blessing to the needy. Her marriage of 28 years is blessed with a beautiful daughter. She currently serves on the Board of IPWF as a Trustee.
